Trending @Infosys; Last Working Day Near, But No Approval Yet – Need Advice
My last working day is near and already updated in the system, but my manager still hasn’t approved the request. I have to join a new company the very next day. What should I do in this case?
It doesn’t matter once the last working day is updated in the system but for safe ask your manager once again about the approval
Dw everything gets auto approved on the last day, same happened with me
There are some managers who support when their team members are getting released or moving out for career growth and then there are some managers who act like they are very supportive and laugh and talk but the movement u move out of the project, they stop talking to u, they won't respond to your mails, they give ME rating even though I have worked well and stop considering u as a team member once u apply resignation....may God always keep us away from such evil actors. Don't worry bro, ignore his response or no response, once resignation is done , u will be out after the notice period is served.
If he won't approve don't worry. The system will automatically remove you from Infosys
