Trending @Infosys; Last working day at infosys

Finally today is my last working day here. I wanted to share it as it has been 3 years serving here with no hikes. I struggled a lot to get a new opportunity knowing it's not an easy task with 3 months of notice period. But finally now the day has come. I got a 70% hike in a product based company and iam very happy now after three years. All of you who are looking to switch , just move ahead alot of opportunities when you are serving notice period if your confident on yourself. Don't be afraid of it.

@StunningVan0 it's great to know that you're moving ahead in your career.
I am too on a similar path. Giving out interviews for other companies but since Infosys only kept me on support projects on the tool that I am working on (despite requesting multiple times to give me chance to work on dev/implem projects), I am not able to crack these interviews as I lack practical knowledge and hiring companies need people with hands on development/implementation experience. Half of the companies don't entertain me knowing I have 90 days notice period. So for me Infy has pretty much been like a nightmare. No learning no monetary compensation and finding it difficult to switch. It's frustrating. @StunningVan0 I assume you must have faced all these challenges. How did you tackle it?

Hi @StunningVan0 , could you please tell me that how to handle 90 days notice period. Because after knowing this 90 days np, no one is scheduling an interview.

Yeah, even I'm also facing the similar issue. Not even scheduling the interview and simply saying that will get back to you.
