Hi all,

Initiated separation on 5th August and I got approval from HR and Approver 1. Should I reach approver 2 for approval or it’s get automatically approved on my LWD ?

I am on bench now and LWD is 4th Nov and I have WFH balance. Shall I use this month ? Will it get approved ?

Please advise on above.

Manager can release from Project only not from the Infy. Hr deals with LWD 3 reasons for early release

  1. Medical issue
  2. Army joining
  3. Higher studies

Hi,

I'm not sure and I have a query i was requesting for early release and my manager is saying he will try and only one month I'm asking for exception? Any suggestions or any information you or anyone please share me it really can help me
