Last week we had a HR connect & got to know we may not get retention bonus mentioned in offer letter . Any comments on this ?

Yearly retention bonus is now merged into personal allowance and will be paid as a monthly share

for this year we will get right from next year like next month we will get it as monthly right

If they won’t give my retention bonus then I will resign for sure and state the same reason to HR and my manager .

If you have signed it raise a complaint with pavour department online you will get it . This is breach of contract.

That's not true, I got mine last month in the entirety.. atleast TCS didn't fuck on that..but rest all is the same

What do you mean by HR connect? Is it business unit wise? My completion is on Aug 2025 first year anniversary... where is the revision done... that it will not be Paid or paid monthly... ?

U should the retention by eom if ur offered any during ur job onboarding or offer letter. And about the compensation letters there won't be any.
