Yes for C3A, its hard to digest as its will be comparable to C2 or even less..
But from C3B their salary is anyways better.

The same way we have calculated percentage from 3rd -4th standard.. “Use Maths” It is a subject you must have heard of. You have payslip and brains both i guess. Use them

Upto C2 its 100% but the in hand amount is somewhat similar to 25-30% of c3A and above grade. Cheap number game!!
