Hello Everyone , I recently saw many posts related to Notice period for those employees who are on bench for a period of more than or equal to 2 months.
I was on bench for 65 days and when i put my papers I was released within a week and i even got 3 months basic salary
amazing ! so did you get 3 months basuc ? thats some policy when released early ?? and how come you manages to be kn benxh for 2 montah ?? wahts your exp and tech stack ???????
Yes i got the basic salary . earlier they refused giving basic but i told them I will not give my consent unless given basic salary . my tech stack - Python , SQL , Power BI , Advanced Excel , Snowflake and machine learning
I was trying but due to different reasons wasnot able to get good project . funny thing is RMG tried to put me even in Ultimatix team also

If you don’t mind me asking, How much amount did you get as 3 months basic salary?
Can you please elaborate the resignation process for bench associate. Do they provide 3 months basic salary?
