Finally I’m moving out of infy now, I joined as a fresher and infy never really paid well.

I have been with infy now for almost 3.5 years now, also got an onsite opportunity(Germany), was supposed to travel on 2nd Nov but chose to switch instead of that and the core reason behind the decision is poor management and bad resources with due to which had to constantly stretch and had alot of work pressure.
