Last day near by

My last working day with TCS is 24th october and i have completed with KT and all files haring with new joinee but the new joinee is unable to perform well and keeps asking for additional KT which even i was not given at the time of joining this project. And my manager asks him to drop mail regarding the same i have been continously harassed from last 2 weeks regarding the same and i have stopped attending call from last week due to this torture. I just want some smooth separation so i have stopped entertaining this jerks. Today my manager again dropped the mail regarding handover which was already shared on 11 october and asking me to join daily call till date which i am avoiding bcoz of his harassement. Please let me know what i am supposed to do.

You should act like supporting. If you are having any early release then only. Else if you are serving 90 days officially then no one can stop you. But my advice is to Act like supporting. I repeat ACT🍺😎

I resigned on 28th july and this joinee was taken in the month of august so he had almost 2 months to learn everything and i helped in last two releases but still he is not performing well and my manager keeps torturing me. He ask the new joinee to drop mail regarding KT everytime which i have already completed and i have replied to their all mail chains but today i really got fed up when they came up with the things which even i am not aware. My manager ask the new joinee to intentionally do that and i feel this was too much i did from my end.

My manager has worst records in this project. I was the 6th replacement in this team. Still i don't understand how come management is not taking any action against this person.

Always do KT professionally
Have a tracker
Send daily KT updates Get formal closure This way you will be safe always.

KT is recorded and the tracker is also updated and it's on mail. The manager is doing intentionally even though he knows everthing is covered.

Jisko KT de rahe ho usko daily zaleel karo call mai, taki wo hi KT mai aana band kar de..I tried and tested this when I was in a similar situation in TCS. And pretend that you are supporting the project.

KT sb hogaya hai deke aur mene usko already bola hai jo chiz nhi hai wo mat dekho then too wo manager ke pass lekar jayega aur bolega ye nhi hua. And manager ko application ka kuch pta nhi hai wo bhi ankh band krke uske support me bolta hai. Esliye fir mene inko ignore krna start kr dia agar koi janbuchkar kr raha hai to mera ignore krna he sahi rahega. Wo ladka august month se join hua hai tb kyu nhi raise kia question barabar end of the release date kaise yaad aya.

The same thing was done to me when I was giving the KT to a new resource . She was not able to understand anything . They were creating unnecessary escalation for no reason due to personal grudges. Tcs has an unofficial policy of burning the bridges. Don't take stress , they can't do anything . In my case they even included the HR but nothing has happened . so chill . Just say yes to whatever they are saying and do nothing .
