
Last day in TCS due to the fluidity list.

Just 2 let u all know nd wanted 2 share wid u all the process of layoff which I faced nd based on d discussion done with HR
- HR will drop an email to meet in person. *In a meeting HR will ask you to shutdown and switch off your phone before starting the conversation. *HR will provide u 2 options either we should put down the ppr and benefits will b gvn 2 u ( 3 months salary, interview assistant for 3 mths). Today was my last day in TCS (1.6 yr C3B) wid these ass holes mgmt, HR and RMG.I'm happy that they asked me to put down the ppr.But thinking about my mentor and great great human being legendary sir Ratan Tata ji Tcs. Clients are not happy at all how TCS is handling their accounts and providing services.My last question to the current CEO is can he prove his Annual Salary and what has he done till date?I wish Sir Ratan Tata ji TCS with all my best wishes and requests that the CEO should stand down now and have someone who can stand confidently and re structure the entire mgmt leadership and process

Fluidity List is being prepared by the one who should be in fluidity List . Noob moment in TCS , delivery manager asking managers to prepare the list and then passed on to the RMG or HR . We know these noobs who r preparing this have zero technical knowledge and mediocre in the industry should weed out first , and by the way , ceo is noob top in implementing this low IQ method

I heard they are giving 10 months severance

Initially it was TCS responsibility to make people lazy on the bench, finally TCS should be made responsible for this ugly situation. The way TCS groom associates behave.
Few associates not aware of bench/rmg - served project for 10 long years were shown exit.
TCS's plan to exit associates enjoying the bench is fine. Looks like chandra & co are waiting for ratan sir's death. TCS will face the curse of families.

Which grade and package range ??

Please try to remain optimistic,there are multiple jobs available and there are many things that can be done , keep trying
