Trending @Accenture; Last day @accenture
So today is my last day at Accenture. This was my first company as a fresher. Got promoted once and even got piped the next cycle.(Total exp: 4.5 yr)
I wish I could say it was a good run. But it is what it is. Going to another mnc from december.got 2.5x hike so can't really complain.
All the best who are here. Accenture changed a lot in the last 2 years. I hope our paths will never cross in future.
It wouldn’t be long before you feel the next the company you’re joining. All service based companies are same with Accenture been slightly better.
I could agree with you if it was 2020. In these 2 years lots of things change in terms of promotion n vp. Plus yes even next mnc is well known for its toxicity but at least they are paying better.
Yes Accenture was good earlier. Now its no more the same. There are much better organisations out there
Did Accenture try to retain you? If yes then how much hike do they offer?
They give me that famous dialogue from Godfather. I am going to make an offer you can't refuse. Later they offered me a 22% hike on my current salary.
In the last few weeks they told me the best they can do is lvl 10 with a good hike (30%+).
