Laptop warranty expired
My laptop warranty expired 1 month ago, what are the next step to follow? Will they give a new laptop if yes what is the process. Can we buy back the same laptop.

They will but only if it has any physical damage or any major software issue...You can try by asking your local IS team...though the chances are less for replacement as it isn't have any of the problems that I mentioned above...

They do send mails to people who's warranty has expired or close to warranty. Just few days ago sent mails to us.
