I used Blue Dart and Professional Couriers 3 times in past 5 years to send laptop to Bangalore. I've sent from Chennai to Bangalore. Had no issues till now.

Costs somewhere around 1000 to 1500 for MacBook pro 16inch heavy laptop.

Connect with an IT guy from your company, ask for his phone number and office address and tell him you're sending laptop to his name. When you ship it, you will get a tracking id, share it with him and ask him to notify you as soon as he gets the laptop.

Your organisation should arrange a pickup, they should have some courier services in place for all their laptops, and accordingly, proper insurance. That way you won't be liable for any damages.
