I am being told to return my laptop 2.5 months before my relieving date as it has to be allotted to someone else. Dont know what is the intention. Can somebody give suggestions?
Apparently they cant relieve me earlier due to new HR policies
Relieving date ? Have you resigned or getting released from project? In resigned case its true that even though you are not working actually for customer but can not be released to bench and your replacement to work for customer is ready then they may have asked for asset release, if its project release then they can ask for asset if its project procured or customer provided, if its wipro provided they cant
Not tagged to any project but practice. And they said early release is not possible
Not sure if the intention is to do LOP since bench gets 45 days of salary only.
But practice people do not get to bench. So lot of confusion. The replacement already has a laptop and I am being told to transfer
