My laptop is malfunctioning and want to replace it. Can someone please explain the replacement process and how much time does it take to get the new laptop?

raise a ticket in the support portal
support.accenture.com
you will have to describe you issue first
and then an IT support person would try to resolve it, if that doesn't work outs
then you will be asked to raise a decommissioning request (do this first)
and afterwards you will have to raise a request for a new system. (do this after raising decommission request)
you'll get some documentation for all the steps from the portal
