My laptop broke down i have created a replacement request however they are asking to submit an old laptop in Bengaluru. Bengaluru was my base location while joining and i received my laptop from there. Now my base location is Gurugram, please suggest how to submit old faulty laptop to the Bengaluru location.
You can courier it to Bangalore through DHL.
From any DHL outlet or are there DHL service partners in Accenture Gurugram.
One of my colleagues faced the same issue. She contacted the IT team at our facility, and they provided the location of the DHL office along with the POC number. I believe DHL has a partnership with Accenture. You can call the POC, and you'll need to visit the location. After that, they will handle the rest of the process.
