My laptop was from my old base location (transferred 4 months ago) and was working fine, last week had to replace it due to compliance issue and had to collect new from my current base location. Old one pmo sent through dhl courior .

Yes u can submit to dhl hub and u can collect from non base loc for that u need to send email to central team
