Yes you can replace it. Raise a ticket in service central explaining your issue and inform the person handling your ticket that your laptop keys are not working. The person we'll either mostly ask you to visit office to get it checked. If for some reason you're not able to visit the office then inform him the same and he might arrange a technician visit at your home. Alternatively, you can directly ask the person that you want a replacement and see what they say
