Does anyone know how to place a laptop replacement order? It has been 3 years and I want to replace my laptop with a new laptop.

Raise a service ticket. If you have doubts better go directly to the asset collection team and ask.

First inform your supervisor coz you might need his/her approval then raise a ticket on service centre.

You will not receive new laptop and possibility of getting approval from BU is very less. You can only replacement laptop if you current laptop has any motherboard issue and they will provide you will another one afaik.
