Laptop replacement

Is it true that we can replace our old laptop if it is more than 3 years? Also what process do we need to follow to raise a replacement request for it. Any idea?

Not 3 but 4 years old Just check the warranty of your laptop if it is out of warranty then raise a ticket mentioning some issue in your laptop and they will allocate you new asset.

I have 4 year old leptop, I run into accident long back, little cracke on plastic body .. so since 4 years, it will be out of warranty.. now if I resign, there wont be any deduction from final settlement, since its old enough to retire..
Is this correct??

I think no unless it is having some major issue and if it's out of warranty they would surely replace it if it isn't they will give you temporary replacement until the one which they gave is fixed through the respective manufacturer Happened with my friends with one who's permanently replaced with better one and other with temporary until actual is fixed...You need to raise ticket in GHD for the same only when you are facing any major issues especially with hardware..if not try to adjust with the current one...as the chances are zero to impossible in that case that you have mentioned above in the current scenario..
