Laptop issue

My TCS laptop date and time shows incorrectly some time I when I open it it morning. For sync it asks for admin password. What is the best way? Also if I have raised a ticket pls mention the path of it

Go to bios setting and sync date and time without admin credentials.
Else Physically visit the DIS team
