Trending @Infosys; Laptop Damaged Issue
Hi guys, yesterday I met with an accident and my Infosys laptop got damaged little bit. Will they deduct money from my salary?
That was minor accident, no case filed.

All our laptops are out of warranty, no need to pay. But if they ask try to go with manger route rather than directly handling. Involve your manger and DM and explain the situation. If they are humans , will understand. If not , no point of working under them. Look for outside !!
All the laptops are completely insured, just make it a point not to have any outside repair done, that'll void the insurance. Take your damaged laptop to CCD, have a damage request raised, where they'll ask you to write the details of how the accident happened (for insurance claim), and pics of the damage.
That's it, after that they will either repair the laptop the same day or provide you a replacement
Any case filed ? I think they won't charge if police complaint is filed.
