Laptop Damage Cost

I have a very small dent on the outer body of Thinkpad X13 laptop but the IS team is saying that it will have to replace whole keyboard part. Till date they haven't been able to provide an estimated cost and I am only 2 days away from Last working day. How to get this issue sorted?

Talk to the IT team right away. Push for a quick estimate. If unresolved, escalate to your manager. Costs might be deducted from your final settlement.

The IT team is not sending the quick initial estimate as well citing that lenovo isn't sending the quotation.

I have a laptop LAN Post issues (The plastic thingy broke due to frequent LAN use) which is a usual issue with DELL laptops. They quoted me 4K and usually the amount gets deducted from the accounts budget but since you are being separated from TCS, I would apply get this resolved quickly as possible or there is a chance that they will screw you over in your FFS.
