Laptop Damage!!
Will TCS ask me to pay for this damage? I need to handover the laptop. Any suggestions/comment would help.
Cosmetic negligible but who knows Keerthy vaasan would ask some money for this too
@VirtuousBurglar44 yes they will, I had a similar kind of damage for my laptop and quote came around 7 to 8k. Now there are two options.
- Have your project pay for this. Convince you delivery partner and get it paid through account.
- Keep laptop till it’s expiry and then return.
I had opted option 2. No charges!!

Is there any insurance for laptop for these kind of situations? I have not seen any company who ask for money to fix damages. Does anyone know about laptop insurance is there or not?
Yes they will ask for payment
If ur laptop under warranty it will be covered by insurance. Check it
Use Mseal to repair this corner, then colour it with same colour. Or you can get this part replaced at any laptop repairing shop
