Trending @Accenture; Laptop charger issue - where should i raise my complaint?

I don’t have access to my system as it’s not charging. So where can i send an email to ? Or will they be replacing my laptop or charger can be changed ? Whether i can directly reach out to some desk at office they will directly help ?
