Trending @Infosys; Laptop change

I submitted my laptop to CCD due to C drive issue. They couldn’t clear my drive due to some system issue. So, they replaced my laptop with another laptop which is quite old in comparison to my previous laptop but i had no issue initially as it worked ok. After using for a day i have observed that battery does not last very long and screen flickers at times.

Any idea if i go to CCD again and raise the complaint, can i request for a new system?

Happened with me. Mother board issue in second laptop.as they give refurbished laptops . They changed for the second time as well in ggn dc.not sure about your DC though . Do raise ahd, better try to visit.keep ur backup in one drive.
