Trending @Cognizant; Language Barrier in Meetings – How to Handle It Politely?

I really enjoy working with my team, but most of them speak Tamil, and during meetings, they sometimes switch to it. I don’t understand the language, so I feel left out. I’ve mentioned this a couple of times, but it still happens. I don’t want to seem rude or overly sensitive, but I also want to be included in discussions. How can I address this in a polite and effective way?
