My Landlord increased the rent by 10% this year as well. And i am feeling my increment wouldn't hold a candle. That too got delayed till august. Feel like i should just leave.

Yes it wouldn’t be a cake walk to bare expenses so better look opportunities out side of organisation. There is huge absorption for experienced candidates outside.
