Lame excuses by the TCS top management to deny hikes

"order book could have been better" - does that mean you have age old, dumb, less functioning sales team?. Why not fire them and have small agile high functioning sales department.

"TCS achieved 6 percentage year by year growth". Ok, don't eat those growth for yourself and your top management team. Share it among all employees of TCS

"TCS has 13.3 attrition which is higher than previous quarter". Well, if you are going to be lame with your operations and management. Who's gonna stay?

High time they shed those benchwarmers and credit & promote who perform well?!!!
