
Laid off vs resignation difference
If someone gets laid off vs someone resigns vs forcefully resigns
How will the next company will know? I am asking coz I am fairy new to market only changed 1 org so far
The way my time going here I think I should know this so asking

If u are ready for immediate joining and without job, they will doubt if you are terminated. Also if u do something serious it will reflect as terminated in your service certificate.

They gave me temp allocation and hr is behind my back to comply to night shift but they never said this and after failing 1 customer eval they stated that I sabotaged that eval and next team even more scary even after telling repeatedly that I want general shift they forced me for internal eval and when I said release me to rmg they are not doing it and now hrbp is involved and he is threatening me of serious action

Seems tough to manage within tcs, as they will quote customer eval. It's better look for jobs outside.
