Laid off from Tiger Analytics

I joined TA 2 months back. I left my well settled job as they offer me good hike . But now after 2 month HR called me yesterday and asked to resigned as they dont have projects . Now I am regretteing my decision to join this shit company. Not a single interview call in this 2 months , HR are pathetic here.They even not reply when you ping them or mail about project allocation.

They offered 90% hike inspite of 90 days notice period . I tried other companies too ..None of the other compnay was paying that much .

Work culture and recruitment process is too bad of TA. Their HRs are ruthless and make candidate feel as if they are favouring them giving offer. For me they completed salary negotiations with x amount and release offer with x-2 amount. When asked they said your notice period is too much and you will use our offer as counter. Now i used there x-2 offer to gain x+5 offer in return.

When i countered them during last days then they started giving blackmails like we will blacklist you and bla bla. Then when i said i wont join brlow new offer then their senior hr got very rude and i shut phone on their face.

SO NEVER JOIN TA UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU DONT HAVE ANY CHOICE LEFT
