Trending @Accenture; Laid Off

Almost 11 years of service in Accenture. Now I have been asked to resign after completing redployment period due to no vacancy in any project. However if they would have considered my seniority then they should had adjusted me with any of the project which matches my skill set.

Is this the fair practice by the company?

If you r replaceable with lesser salary employee then they will do like that and also company will think how much is benifittable to Accenture. They will not think how many years that you have contributed to Accenture.
