A man's psychology works based on attraction, respect and love. In a conversation with a woman, a man gets happy after seeing focus, clarity and the peace he finds with her. Now, being a feminist turned neutralist, I can say that pleasing a woman is almost a mission for a man - for life. A woman who tends to make it impossible for him, can make it easy for him to feel confident and pour back more fun, pleasure, responsibility and love. Instead, the continued fighting, not updating herself with misunderstandings, comparing him with other men, generalizing, not accepting her mistake is everything that ruins man's desire for her.
A man is inherently a selfish animal. But his selfish interest is his woman, his children and his family. He will do everything for them than for anyone else. A man needs to improve today on household work and take more initiative, but if the ladies wait for him to realize what's missing, he might never get it. It's not a shared responsibility. It's the sole responsibility of the man in ensuring a stable positive relationship.
Women are good team players. But very poor leaders. Give them responsibility or decision making role, they will fail. They will simply create a new set of problems.
