Lack of skill / overload ?

Hi guys , I am new in Bengaluru! 8 months back I got a job in a content publishing company. Being not a content person , I have managed to learn news things and get acquainted with the work. When being and review my work, I have often asked the management that I need another guy of same profile to help me out. The work is overloaded that there is no proper line of tasks. Sometimes I have write, edit, create content , and worst even do marketing and cold sales call. Due to financial issues, I can't just quit it as I need another job for back up. Whenever I ask these people for another person, they put the task on me to find the candidate ? Is this fair !? Help me out with advice, please.
