It has a wide range to be honest if you are into consulting or strategy or IT or HR or Training teams etc. so range is from 13 LPA to 30 LPA yes i have seen few L9 folks with fancy packages due to hotskill etc . But for someone in IT with 7-10 years experience as L9 is less than 20 they should switch
