Trending @Accenture; L9 ->L8 anyone promoted if so what is the hike % ? I got 13% on promotion.

Congratulations! When I got promoted to L8 in Dec'24 I got 24%. If you had recieved a hike in Dec'24 there are chances that they have calculated excluding the hike received in Dec and have given you 13% on promotion in June cycle.

I got promoted from L9 to L8 in 2022 and it was 24%. This hike is definitely less but it's a flat hike given to all levels. Doesn't make sense at all

What is the normal % in these cases
