L61 microsoft BA-2, CTC - 35 base+3 joining+ upto 20% var+ 33k rsu over 4 years | Current - l4 bie amazon , 21.4 base + 8L rsu this year

Is the switch worth it given I am expecting to get promoted by q3'25 to an L5 bie? Is there any room for negotiation?

Hike seems significant as I'm not sure if you'd get the same % hike for promotion in Amazon. Also BA might open doors for more opportunities like Data Science or Product than BIE as it's specific and pigeon holed. So it depends on your interest
