Hi peeps ,
I just want to move from L2 support to dev role . My primary skill - Java I have done some projects using spring boot
Is it easy to get dev projects while we are in bench if in my case I already in support project ??! And is this right time to be in bench to switch over ?? Any comments on this !!

Switching from L2 support to dev is doable, especially with Java skills. Being on bench can help if you actively seek dev projects
