First of all congrats to all people who received mail for the April role change delay email.

Now I have a question regarding arrears -

  1. Will the increased salary be given in this month's payroll?
  2. Will we get an increased salary arrear for April - July/Aug? If so, then in which month?

From what I know it's based on last rating ME - 35% CD - 50% OS - 60%

Do you have an idea like is there any cap like I have CD rating but my 50 % is going beyond 16 lpa so , will they give it or they have some cap like they don't give above 15.5 for CD
