Trending @Infosys; L1/L2 visa

If my spouse is on L1 visa from other company and I get dependent L2 visa with work permit.Can Infosys allow a transfer or will I have to resign?Anyone any idea?

They will not send you on-site just because you have L2. But if you can find projects and accounts which work from the location your are going to and have on-site positions they will more than gladly except you. But finding such projects will be entirely your headache. Your current account unit won’t be helping you unless they thalves have project there. If you ask my opinion you should resign and go there and find a job. You will be paid at-least 40% more than what infosys will pay you. Since you don’t have any visa dependency consultants like randstad, teksystems , Apex will be more than happy to take you
