L1A Amendment process

I got my L1A visa stamped on Oct 2024. But unfortunately there is a ramp down in my project due to merger/acquisition. I have not travelled to the US before.

I am planning to move to another account. Should I go for amendment or can travel with existing visa? Pls pour your ideas.
