Those who were promoted in the September cycle L12 to L11 got 23% base pay hike. But people promoted to L11 on this cycle got 29%. Why so...? If anyone knows the details pls let us know here

Yes even ingot promoted with only 23% I dono why for fresher everything was same right ? Initially 3.83 next 426 now why different
