Trending @Accenture; L12 to L11 in Hand Salary/ Package for BSC/BCA graduates

Hi guys, I joined Accenture 26th Sep 2023 as an ASE after my BCA and my package was 3.44LPA and i got 15% hike in Dec 2024 cycle now my package is 3.9LPA. Can someone please suggest When will I get default promotion and what package should i expect in L11 and what will be the in hand salary?

Please remember I'm BCA graduate not Btech

When will i get the default promotion in June cycle or December cycle.

In Dec 2025 you will be promoted to L11 salary I am not sure may be ctc can range upto 5.2 LpA i guess

I am also a bsc graduate. So it would jump to 5.5 from 3.9. and my DOJ of 27 june 2023. So when can I expect a promotion?

Were you also harassed and threatened for getting P2 in MyCompentency in 3-4 attempts else you might face consequences?
