For a 3 years experience 10 lpa is market standerd, but it depends on how much effort and risk you are will to take, my friend who is a mern full stack dev cracked master card and is not getting 18LPA, but he is not stuck in a toxic work place and is regretting the switch, I'm also 3 years experienced jn Salesforce with 10LPA, working from home, can login and log out when ever needed as long as the work is getting done from my end, does have to beg for leave, and in a very comfortable work environment with really amazing colleagues. So it all depends on other factors too.
But just if you consider money wise, I will say it's market 10-12 lpa for a 3 years experience is market standard.
