So I asked for IJP into a GRC role when I applied in both rounds the interviewer told me it's ok if u work from your home office locations as our leaderships are also from there But once I finished the interview the HR told me

1. No you need to report from BDC - and then the managers also changed they said sorry we need BDC now
2. I told them that by April or June I shall be promoted to L11 as L12 to L11 is within the Accenture system generated they refused saying no you will have to wait for a year more as we are not sure how you perform
3. The project had no work allowance as well means it was very difficult for me to relocate in that less salary or survive with family responsibility I would had gone if I was a bachelor though
4. Due to career confusions I've made my self skilled in certified in devops as well as security

NOW THE ISSUE IS IS THIS L11 SYSTEM GENERATED SHALL I TRUST THIS AND MOVE TO OTHER DOMAIN OR SHALL I NOT RISK WAIT FOR 4 MONTHS BECOME L11 AND TAKE IJP OR LOOK FOR BETTER OPPORTUNITIES OUTSIDE IT SELF WHO CAN GIVE BETTER SUGGESTIONS?
