I am having 5.25 LPA at L11 from last 2 years without any hike and is expecting promotion this december. How much Base pay i can expect at Level 10 if my current is 5.25 lpa base.

If u r lucky maybe greater than 30 percent hike otherwise I guess 25 to near 30 percent is given on current fixed
