Trending @Accenture; L10 - Am I underpaid?

I’m a L10 with 5 YOE in E&IT - SAP FICO capability. My fixed is 13.65 lpa. Am I underpaid?

Also I guess I’m overdue for promotion too (my MAL is 42). Since the last 1 year they’ve been saying “Next time, we didn’t get appropriate budget”. Should I keep hopes for a promotion this time or switch?

Background: I’m a CA & was hired as a part of ICAI Campus program. Since my first project I’ve been the top performer & never had any escalation from anyone against me. I’ve also contributed in conducting trainings, branding activities, published POV etc, & always received excellent feedback from clients & leadership alike.
