L10 3 YOE Accenture

I have about 3 years of experience and joined Senior Analyst level at 15.5 lpa fixed.

For me 8.6 fixed and 1.9 variable

For me its 6.5 fixed and 1.3 variable its less because of my previous ctc

Mine is only 11lpa fixed and 21% variable

Fixed should be between 10 - 14 LPA with approx 20% variable.
