L1 in Wipro or C2 in Capgemini

Hi,

Among two offers (considering an hybrid work experience): L1 in Wipro for 5 yoe (SAP S4HANA 19 LPA) (no relocation required) and C2 in Capgemini (SAP CRM 20 LPA) for 7 yoe (relocation to Pune required).
