Yes job hunt is slowed down. It can be because of my procrastination or unwanted self delaying of things even though I'm motivated enough to get out of curr comp.
Have backache since few years. Here also again I may be delaying the treatment I could get.

Yes in my current team. This is actually a new team that I got into 2 months ago and I absolutely hate it here.
