Kritivasan, Historically worst CEO for TCS brand !
Even sincere TCSers will do mass resignation (who actually don't want to really jump for the sake of salary alone but feel disrespectful for the sincere efforts put in) this year 2024 and it may give temporary profit for the organization however destroys the brand in the long run ! Talent pool will never join TCS in future only those who are not getting job in any of the other IT companies may be forced to join TCS and it will impact the customer confidence on TCS will ruit it's business in the long run.
Kritivasan, who forced RTO blindly instead focusing on encouraging the associates who excels in meeting customer deliverables is the culprit pushing TCS in falling path ! TATA Board of directors should consider appointing CEO who lives in 2024 instead of appointing someone who still living in 1990s !!!
Nothing is going to happen. This is overpopulated India. For one resignation, 100 other folks are waiting to join.
Buddy, let’s face the fact - TCS has followed the same model since last few decades - give chillar hikes, low starting salary etc. And by all these practices they have seen growth and revenues and profits. So, until and unless there is a drastic change in employees mindset and people starts resigning it won’t change. Again, remember the job that you leave opens a post for someone else.
On the hindsight, do you really think people will go for mass resignation? If so, then just wait and watch - all the noise will cool down in a month. Jisko resign karna hoga wo kar chuka hai ab tak.
Exactly! TCS folks (including a dumbass like me) are so unskilled that they won’t survive anywhere. They’re stuck in the same rut
